Washington County Sheriff Ed Graybeal (speaking) joins other Tennessee law enforcement leaders in releasing a report on the crime prevention benefits of pre-kindergarten. The law enforcement leaders called on the state legislature to support Gov. Bredesen's proposal for an additional $25 in million for pre-K.
