Billings, Montana Leaders Stress Strong Support for Early Childhood Education

The Montana leaders participated in a news conference and visit to a Head Start program where they expressed strong support for early care and education for the nation's youngest children as a way to cut crime and reduce corrections costs. They called on the Super-Committee to avoid not make cuts that would undermine the nation's most cost-effective programs for young children.
