Kansas Attorney General Steve Six, Kansas City, Missouri Police Chief James Corwin, Overland Park Chief John Douglass, and Lenexa Chief Ellen Hanson hosted a special "Back to School" news conference to release a report that addresses the problem of high school dropouts and the link between graduation rates and violent crime and murder.
