Kansas Law Enforcement Leaders Support Early Education as a Way to Cut Crime



Topeka Police Chief Ron Miller, Shawnee County District Attorney Robert Hecht, Lenexa Police Chief Ellen Hanson and Douglas County District Attorney Charles Branson released a new report showing that early education programs prevent crime, save Kansas taxpayers money and are critical to the future of the state’s economy.
