Evansville law enforcement leaders urge lawmakers to increase early learning programs for young children

Evansville Police Chief Brad Hill, Vanderburgh County Sheriff Eric Williams, and Vanderburgh County Prosecutor Stanley Levco released a research brief indicating that high-quality early learning programs for at-risk young children ages birth to five can significantly reduce crime and ultimately cut corrections costs.
