Hartford area law enforcement read to preschoolers, stress importance of early education

Hartford Polce Chief Daryl Roberts (seated left) and Wethersfield Chief James Cetran (seated right) visited a local early education center to read to preschool students. They also held a news conference to express their support for high-quality early learning programs as an effective way to curb later crime.
