    Senator Lincoln meets with Little Rock Assistant Chief of Police Eric Higgins, Maumelle Chief Sam Williams and Benton Chief Kirk Lane to discuss the child tax credit. The meeting focused on the need to give more resources to working families to help prevent future crime.
