Retired Arizona Police Chiefs Say Quality Early Childhood Programs Cut crime



 

Retired Mesa Police Chief Dennis Donna (speaking) and retired Paradise Valley John Wintersteen spoke at news conference urging voters to vote against Proposition 302. They oppose this initiative because it will cut funding for quality early care and education programs proven to reduce violent crime.
