Figth Crime: Invest in Kids Illinois members Fulton County Sherifff Jeff Standard and Farmington Police Chief Jim Arrington read to preschool children at the Little Learners program at Westview Elementary School in Canton. During their visit, the law enforcement leaders highlighted the crime prevention benefits early childhood education and called on the state to increase funding for these programs.
